03 How much space do you need to set up the bar?
Our standard setup requires around 3 x 2 metres of space with access to a standard 13A power supply. We can adjust to suit both indoor and outdoor venues.
04 How much does it cost to hire a mobile bar?
Pricing depends on the type of event, number of guests, and the package you choose. We offer transparent quotes with no hidden fees.
05 Do you provide staff and glassware?
Yes — all our packages include professional bartenders, glassware, and all necessary equipment. You won’t need to worry about a thing!
06 Do I need to provide the drinks, or do you supply them?
That’s up to you! We offer a range of options — a fully stocked bar, a cash bar, or dry hire, where we provide the bar and staff, and you supply your own drinks.
07 Do you have a licence to serve alcohol?
Yes. All our bartenders are fully trained, and we operate under a Temporary Event Notice (TEN), which is required by UK law for serving alcohol at private events.

Absolutely! We can tailor a bespoke cocktail and drinks menu to match your event’s theme, budget, or personal preferences.
09 Do you offer non-alcoholic or mocktail options?
Yes! We provide a wide range of alcohol-free beverages and creative mocktails, so everyone at your event can enjoy the bar experience.
10 How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance, especially for summer weekends and wedding season, as dates fill up quickly.
